Bidding Process and Second Round
Prospective buyers have 30 calendar days following official publication in the BOC to submit their sealed bids at Puertos Canarios registry offices. Bidders must include a 25% provisional deposit based on the starting price.
If a vessel goes unsold in the first round, a secondary auction will be held immediately with the starting price reduced to 75% of the original figure .
Bidders can view the boats by appointment prior to submission. Potential buyers should keep in mind that winning bids do not cover potential repairs, transport, or mooring fees.
